会社設立にともなって、よく融資の相談もあります。
融資も、いろいろな窓口、種類がありますが、
■お勧めする順番
○市区町村の制度
↓
○都道府県の制度
↓
○国の制度
で、
無担保、無保証のものです。
■その理由
借りやすさというか、割と簡単に出してもらえる（？）という点と、
どうせなら、担保や保証無しで・・・という点です。
市区町村も都道府県も国も、似たような制度がありますが、
市区町村、都道府県によっては、利息をいくらか負担してくれるところもあります。
■無保証？
については、実際は、まったく誰の連帯保証もないのではなく、
会社が借りて、自分（社長個人）が保証人になるという制度がほとんどです。
ただ、親兄弟は不要ですから、保証人なしと同じようなものですが・・・
国の制度には、自分（社長個人）の保証もなし、というものもあります。
対応のいい自治体に比べると、やや国は渋いかな、ともいえますが、
いい制度だと思いませんか？
■いつまでも申請できるか
ニュースで、いわゆる「政府系金融機関が統廃合される」
というのを聞いたことがないでしょうか？
今のところの予定では、平成２０年１０月からです。
これにともない、上記の「無担保、無保証の、創業の融資制度」も、
今年３月３１日で廃止される予定です。
■その前の準備
３月３１日までに申請すればいいのではなく、
その日までに終わらせないといけません。
目安１ヶ月くらいの審査期間を考えると、
２月中、３月上旬には、申請しておかないと、ということです。
ということは、それまでに会社設立しておかないと、ということです。
この制度を考えているのでしたら、
そろそろ会社設立に動かないと間に合わなくなります。
スケジュールを考えましょう。
